Of special note: if you are a tenant that is behind on your rent, only repairs of an emergency will be repaired. Also, we now have our collection agency -Rent Recovery Services to collect any unpaid or overdue bills or damages to properties today or in the future.

We provide fast repair service and responsive care to your concerns.
Pets are welcome although you will have to pay rent for them. An additional $25 a month is standard policy plus additional $500 security deposit.

Most have been renovated and updated since our ownership started. We provide fair rents with excellent service. If you call during normal business hours, you will talk to me immediately or I will return your call that day. We offer 24 hour emergency services. Many of our properties include washers and dryers.
